On Saturday October 12, we worked with Hamtramck residents to create a “We Are Hamtramck” mural in Veterans Park to celebrate and share our vision for the future Hamtramck Recreation District Park. This event was held in collaboration with TEN x TEN and the Michigan Municipal League Foundation. The Hamtramck Recreation District is an effort by the City of Hamtramck, Hamtramck Public Schools, Detroit City FC and Friends of Hamtramck Stadium to develop a master plan for the Veterans Park area.
