Ed Egnatios, now a program officer at the Foundation, serves on Global Detroit’s Board of Directors, a volunteer position he began while working at the Skillman Foundation

The Detroit Regional Chamber provided some of the initial funding for the Global Detroit study and served as Global Detroit’s fiscal agent for it first four years of operation. It has donated office space for numerous Global Detroit meetings and functions. Ed Wolking, Executive Vice President, has provided tremendous leadership while serving on the Global Detroit Advisory Board and Board of Directors. Along with Greg Handel, Senior Director of Workforce Development, Ed has provided critical guidance to some of Global Detroit’s talent and investment initiatives. Further, Ed has connected our work to that of the Great Lakes Metro Chambers of Commerce and has been instrumental in engaging that group on immigration issues.
